The 2026 Future Games will be held in Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan has been officially selected to host the Phygital Games of the Future 2026, a unique tournament that combines traditional sports and eSports. Three countries competed for the right to host this tournament: Kazakhstan, Peru, and Chile.
Participants will compete in disciplines that combine physical and digital formats.
The initiative to hold the "Games of the Future" in Kazakhstan was proposed by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during the opening ceremony of the first games in Kazan in 2024. The next tournament will be held in the UAE in 2025, and in 2026 the competition will be held in Astana.
"Kazakhstan actively supports the development of eSports. Since 2018, more than 140 tournaments have been held, in which over 40 thousand athletes took part. We will make every effort to successfully hold the "Games of the Future", "- said the acting. Chairman of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rollan Serikov at an event to announce the host country of the Games of the Future in 2026.
Earlier, representatives of Phygital International visited Astana to assess the city's readiness to host the tournament. The Kazakhstan eSports Federation has already begun preparations for the Games of the Future.
